Working for a property developer early in my career, I was immersed in every part of the process and quickly saw what separated a profitable project from an average one.
Within six weeks of buying my first property I had doubled my cash. To create that kind of equity in such a short time was a turning point. It showed me what was possible. From that moment, I was hooked.
Since then, I’ve spent years exploring different investment strategies, buy and hold, renovate and flip, land subdivisions, single builds, group homes, granny flats… I even cut a house in half and had it trucked to the country and put back together.
But the strategy I kept returning to, the one that consistently delivered the best results was duplex development.
